The rooms are functional and new-fashioned, complete with a balcony, a double or queen-size bed, and a shower. The location is marvelous and stunning, just minutes from an ornate Habsburg residence.- A good restaurant on-site has exceptional food.

Breakfast good . Room was fine. The hotel itself was really nice !!!
Unfortunately no hot water . The sausage quality at breakfast could be a little better. Parking was unfortunately only possible on the street (did not want to pay a garage fee)

It was a fairly nice stay for one night. They gave us a spotlessly clean room with 2 separate beds, a nice view plus balcony.- We were in a great location not very far from Golden Roof Museum.

The staff, breakfast and service.
The shower had hardly any water pressure and was difficult to adjust. If you easily come up against the fitting, it moves and this can be very, very painful (room 105). Why there is so little pressure is not clear to me. Water-saving grounds? If so: I had to rinse out my hair much longer than usual. It is therefore not effective and sustainable.

Nice old hotel in a very good location. The breakfast was very good, everything was there what is needed.
Room was spartanly furnished and very small. The shower was only for slim people.

Everything was great, had a nice stay for one night. The triple room we stayed in was new-fashioned.- There was a lovely view overlooking the mountains.

Good location, close to the old town center and the train station. Clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and free wi-fi.
Didn't have good experience dealing with the receptionist. I guess she has tried her best, but she seems to have difficulties understanding our needs. When we asked for info regarding bike tour, she gave us a brochure about ski; when we asked for the nearest supermarket, she pointed us to the one hidden in the basement of the train station.

The food at the restaurant was amazing! 🍽 The breakfast was okay, but the croissant was a bit hard and the salami was fresh. The room was spacious with a beautiful view, just like we hoped for.

The room was fine but not all that grand as regards furnishing.Very comfortable and we enjoyed the stay. The Receptionist was really helpful and pointed out the sights .
